Getting ready for the live chat, but first a few quick notes from practice today:
- Dominic Galas has been taking first team reps at center this week. Jeff Tedford would not comment whether Chris Guarnero was injured. Of Galas, he said: “He may play some.”
- This is a big recruiting weekend for Cal. Six recruits will be at the UCLA game, all of whom Tedford described as “strong offer guys.”
- Tedford said he is a Giants fan, but will watch the Nebraska-Kansas State game tonight instead of the the baseball playoffs. He said the two baseball teams he roots for are the Giants and the Cardinals, because he is friends with St. Louis manager Tony La Russa.

Cal’s offensive line should have a huge advantage over the Bruin front seven. The linebackers are fast, but behind Ayers they lack ideal size.

Interesting. Thought he’d be a Dodgers fan, being from LA.
