Tedford won’t be over .500 this year, and he had a losing Pac 10 record last year. It is irrelevant what he did 4,5,6,7,8 years ago. Using your logic, Ben Braun would still be Cal’s basketball coach. Right? Ouch!! You so don’t get it.

Also, many aren’t upset with losing- they’re upset with getting annihilated in loss after infuriating, embarrassing, humiliating, inexplicable blowout loss, where Tedford’s teams don’t even show up or give up before the 1st quarter is over. That’s OK with you, I guess, from our $2.8 million dollar (per year) man? Double Ouch!!!

Finally, nice way to resort to name calling- class.

You guys are babies. The football team doesn’t win 80% of its games and you start crying a river. Thicken up. It’s a long haul if you are going to be a fan for life. Reminder: 50% of all teams lose EVERY game! Ouch! And Tedford is way over .500

Kamp is indeed a RS Jr.

I sure hope somebody new provides some additional quality play on the inside, otherwise it’s going to be a long season. The new freshmen can surprise all the want, but with Max gone, we have Kamp and MSF to rely on for the 4 and 5 positions? That’s just not going to be enough. Will be interesting to see how Monty overcomes this. But I will be there thru it all to see how he tactically adjusts. And if they lose, I won’t cry too much. It’s more like watching a fascinating game of chess at this point. Or like watching a professor work in his lab, or like watching the cooking channel to see how that soufle is made.

Try to take your entertainment factor from it all that way – not whether the Bears win or lose. It’s psychologically (and therefore physically) more healthy.

i look forward to a report on this practice. i’ve never seen these freshmen play, but they’re supposed to be a pretty solid group. if msf really is leaner and meaner, and kamp is at 100%, this team could be a huge surprise. i thought this was kamp’s last year. is he just a RS junior?
