  • The Momentum Turf installed at Memorial Stadium seven years ago almost never got done.
  • Columnist Gary Peterson says it makes sense for Shane Vereen to enter the NFL Draft.

that momentum turf has had the wrong color blue for 7 years. they’d better fix that with this renovation.

I read a quote from the Boise State coach, after watching Boise State’s BCS championship and BCS bowl hopes go down in flames following two missed makeable field goals.

“Well, we told them that one play can never lose a game,” Boise coach Chris Petersen said. “One play can win a game, but it can’t lose it.”

There is a reason why Chris Peterson is such a great coach. Not only is he creative and believes in his team (see 2007 Fiesta Bowl versus Oklahoma), but he defends his players. He wouldn’t dream of calling out his players in front of a national audience.
