Basketball: Parker, CCSF advance in NorCals

Cal recruit De’End Parker and top-ranked, top-seeded City College of San Francisco breezed past the Butte Roadrunners 86-52 in the opening round of the JC NorCal playoffs on Saturday. The Rams (28-1) play Wednesday at home against eighth-seeded Reedley (20-6), which ousted Ohlone 69-56.
