An illegal search means the evidence can’t be used IN THE COURTS! This begs the question, what was WSU suspending him for? The pot? or being arrested? Nothing stops the school from penalizing him just as if he was caught on campus with pot and no authorities were calls. I wonder if the Pac 10 will say anything regarding this.

And the Cal AD department embraced the weirdness and diversity that is Berkeley a long time ago. They use to try and hide Telegraph from recruits and then they realized kids like it and the surroundings even if they don’t partake in any of it. It’s part of a Cal education.
