Football: Will Vereen go today?

The second round of the NFL draft is well under way. The third round will follow and then the rest of the draft takes place tomorrow. There is a fairly good chance former Cal RB Shane Vereen will get selected today but it also won’t be a huge surprise if he lasts until tomorrow. Check back for updates.

Nice! He should get a decent paycheck and will be able to play on a team where he won’t get hit every single play. He put his heart and soul into the team, and deserves it.
