The Builldogs will enter this game with big-time incentive; they want to show they can take down a major football program, AND

Let’s hope JT can generate a comparable incentive driven team;

I wonder if JT will substitute freely to evaluate his personnel, even if it’s a close game

I don’t know the matchups(on paper) between the Bulldogs and Cal, BUT;

The fan split will probably be 50/50 between the Bulldogs and Bear fans, and

Fresno State has 2 WRs that de-committed from Cal 2 years ago who want to prove they made the right decision, and

The Bulldogs want to prove they can compete with the
PAC-12 teams, particularly, the greatest public University in the world just north of them.

Will they be a tough opponent? Who knows.

If you look at the post-spring two-deep all but two are JRs or SRs which is usually a good sign for at least a 6-6 season with a crappy bowl. If we have a decent QB, I predict a 7-5 or 8-4 season. If things go well with the QB and RB position, we may be contenders somewhere at 10-2, 11-1, 12-0!
