I followed the national adidas sp) tourney held in the midwest where teams from all over the country in the 15, 16 and 17 yr old groups competed showcasing the best kids. Many of the nations top coaches were there to recruit. Duke had Coach K and a million assts, IU which is now ranked #1 in its 2012 class had its staff and USC was represented too.

Was Monty or any of Cal’s assistants there? I didn’t see a listing of all the schools in attendance.

Mike I’ve commented on that a bunch and think it will affect us over the next few years. Rollon and Yoda disagree – we will see.

Before I saw your post I wanted to comment on Cal finishing #3 in the Director’s Cup. We have a fine overall athletic dept, most around the country just don’t realize it.
