Ben Enos of our prep staff spoke briefly with Hardy Nickerson Jr. tonight about his commitment to Cal. A couple of his comments:

• On why he chose Cal: “Just the overall well-roundedness of it. I just felt comfortable.”
• On if his father influenced his decision: “He really let me make my own decision. I really appreciate that.”
• On making his decision before his senior year at Bishop O’Dowd High School: ”I’m very excited. I don’t have to worry about making a decision anymore.”
