Basketball: USC 7-footer Dedmon breaks hand

Three days before the official start of practice, USC 7-foot sophomore forward Dewayne Dedmon broke his right hand on Tuesday. He is expected to wear a cast for 2-3 weeks, but may not be ready to play for 4-6 weeks.
