They can still provide leadership from the sideline.
If they are engaged and pulling for their team it will help our Bears finish the year strong.
If they do that it will make the sting of getting hurt much less and say a lot about them as people.

Quite sad about Will Kapp’s injury, as he’s been a mainstay of the special teams who have otherwise been problematic.
