J Mihalczik(sp) is really the oc now – or at least co-equal. JT finally trusts his “oc” again and that is a big reason for the improved play calling/game plans: Trust and a staff on the same page.

I also hope we see 2 or 3 gadget/trick plays that are set up by the run game.
