Is bigelow going to step up next season and be our #2 back? Maybe it was poor coverage, but as a ko returner he was non existent. If he’s 100% healthy, shouldn’t he be turning heads? He was a top rb recruit as a jr in he before the injury, and we don’t have a lot of other rb prospects.

UO-Niketown’s dynasty is getting the $C sanctions treatment.

Thomas leaving is very good news. I think he can play pro as a qb.

  8. Juancho Says:

Did bigelow blow out his knee once or twice in high school ?

  9. covinared Says:

    twice

Arik is enrolled at Cal. Though not binding until he attends a class, it sure is a good sign. If he was between two schools, I could see enrolling in both before making a final decision, but we’ll know for sure soon enough.

According to this article, he’s enrolled at 3 schools, so we can quit the speculation and let the man make his decision. He obviously didn’t go to Auburn for the free plane ride. It’s a beast of a trip if you’ve ever flown anywhere from Sacramento. Cal alumni seem way to overconfident that he’s coming here, setting up a big disappointment. He’d be a tremendous asset, but I’m not getting too excited about it until we see it in writing on Feb 1 or he’s in a cal classsroom in 2 days.

I agree with you rollon. Its hust hard to ignore the smoke.

Auburns classes started last monday tge 9th. So maybe he just misses a week of class.

Notre dame starts tuesday. But their registration locks nov 30.

We start tuesday and our registration locks at midnight tonight.

Theres the photo of him throwing the cal C with the army all america commits.

And golly gee hes in elk grove to announce tomorrow. He wouldnt be here if he was about to move into a dorm room across the country.

May he make the best decision and be cery successful whatever it be. I would never bug him via twitter. But i think its safe for us to share our thoughts here in this blog.

If he doesnt choose Cal i will feel like a jerk. But all signs have and still point to Berkeley. Even hus hs coach in an interview last week said it was cal.

  13. Juancho Says:

By the way armstead doesnt show up in the auburn or notre dame student directory.

I asked an ex girlfriend who worked at the registrar office about this. She says if a student is in the directory it means hes had a student id number assigned and his paperwork is in. And its a hell of a lot of work to undo this. Well fund out tomorrow. Should be fun.

  14. Juancho Says:

Some possible cal bad news. Aziz shittu got the test scores needed and has been cleared for stanford. They were the favorite but maybe its even now ? Well see. Either way good for him and may he have a successful student career. Had he not gotten the test score he was a cal lock. But only a terrible person would root for that. Good for the kid.

  15. Juancho Says:

Sorry for so many posts. Heres a link that helps. This explains enrollment v registration. Armstead enrolled at 3 but shows only in our directory bc hes also registered at cal. Not the other two

    Here’s hoping for the best.

  17. Bobby Says:

Let’s hope all these kids go where they want to go. Obviously Cal is the best option in my humble and biased opinion, but can’t fault someone for deciding a different school is right for Jhm. Go beers
