Man that WSU loss sucks. Probably top 30 if they don’t mess that up. Monty should have bought the boys off and said “Play great defense here, win this game and you get Monday and Tuesday off.” The lack of depth of this team is going to hurt them down the stretch.

Gee does this league suck! There is no way around it eve4n a mid major would rank higher.

The good news is we should win and get an automatic berth.

This team needs more confidence. We lucked out at UW, and ran out of luck at WSU. To me they looked scared against the Cougars. They’ve got to find more confidence.

@StevenNTEXAS: Unfortunately the automatic berth goes to the winner of the conference tournament and not the regular season champ. Everyone knows that tournament is a total crap shoot and definitely does not benefit our lack of depth (3 games in 3 days). However, I would still be happy with a regular season conference title.

  • SteveNTEXAS

Jmod you are correct but we have just as good a chance at winning the tourney as we do the regular conference schedule.

A little too much is made of Cal’s lack of depth. Who in the pac 12 has better depth than Cal? Given the schedule and a likely #1 seed Cal will have more rest compared to other teams.
