My story on the Memorial Stadium renovation and retrofit and the new Simpson Student-Athlete High Performance Center and photographer Dan Honda’s video presentation are posted on our website: http://www.insidebayarea.com/cal-bears/ci_20326557/cal-football-stadium-time-sept-1-kickoff
The place is taking shape and ought to be spectacular on for the Bears’ opener against Nevada on Sept. 1.

I bought my tickets yesterday and can’t wait to get back into a still historic, yet (finally!) state-of-the-art, stadium. Being back at Memorial Stadium will translate to a net gain of at least one touchdown per game for the Bears.
AT&T is a visually stunning venue, but there was absolutely no college football atmosphere there. Although the coaches and the team dismissed the effect of not having any true home games last year, I think the disruption was obvious. Having an engaged home crowd will make a world of difference.
Go Bears!

63000 disappointed fans

The most disappointed fans ever: USC football fans for losing the National Championship due to cheating and USC BB fans for finishing last in the conference last year with one conference win. Now that is shameful!

Moron the troll certainly knows a lot about disappointment and being the cause of it.

Yeah, how would you feel if you held your bundle of joy after he was first born, only to have him turn out like Moren? LOL
