Yes, it’s great. But I don’t subscribe to the whole “ignore the troll and he’ll go away” theory. He’s a loser. EIGHT YEARS on Cal blogs – it’s pretty unprecedented trolling, and shows the mental issues that he has. So after some failed attempts to get him to go see a shrink, the best way to deal with him is to mercilessly mock him and his pathetic life, while still blocking him using greasemonkey.

In other words, he gets to see what I post, and I don’t have to see what he posts. Beautiful.

As far as trolls go- the newspapers should adopt what many others have done -require a Facebook – Google or similar account to post.

Only a troll in complete denial would post a comment like ‘you didn’t run me off’. Anyone who has read this blog on even a casual basis over the last several years knows that most of the CAL FANS who read and post here have been calling for the moron to be banned; its only the CCTimes’ notion of ‘free speech’ that allows it to post more and more of the same tired and not too well thought out trash talk on here ad infinitum, ad nauseum…and then turn around and pretend that no one on here has tried to put an end to it. Trolls are there to be pointed at, ridiculed, and summarily rejected. That’s what I do here.

In case anyone makes the mistake of responding to any of your comments with anything other than “GO AWAY, TROLL”, I’m here to remind them.

How proud you must be to be able to state to a group of people who don’t want you here: “You didn’t run me off.”

What you’re saying is: “I don’t care how much everyone in this groups hates me and wants me to go away, I am able to force my comments into their conversations and they can’t stop me! Ha ha ha! I’ve been doing it for years.”

If this was a conversation happening in person, everyone else in the group would have their back to you. In that situation, what kind of person would be happy to stay and brag: “Ha ha! I can stand in this circle with all of you even though none of you want me here – woohoo! I win”

What a pathetic loser.
