Negativity Alert:

“Barbour said close to 30,000 season tickets have been sold, generating more than $1 million of revenue beyond the total for season tickets in 2011, when Cal played at AT&T Park.

Final figures for the fiscal quarter that ended June 30 on Endowment Seating Program (ESP) sales for Field Club, Stadium Club and University Club seats are not yet available, Cal officials said.

Sales of those tickets on a 50-year basis are targeted to eventually pay about $270 million of the debt for the privately funded project. As of March 31, ESP sales had generated only $35 million.”

This is not good! The most expensive college stadium construction project and it’s not half full with 50 days until kickoff.

‘prophetic’? Coming from the clueless fool who picks Cal to lose every game, how would you even know what ‘prophetic’ means, much less identify a representation of it?

BTW, AP is carrying a story about Cal Tech getting hit with NCAA sanctions for fielding ineligible players. The article made reference to the long standing losing streaks some of its teams enjoy, and the response to the NCAA action was ‘who do they think we are, SC?’ HAHAHAHAHAHA
