Whoa, BlakeStreetBear, whoa! You're jumping the gun. I'm tuned into the practice sessions, via spies, of Arizona and UCLA. They're good. UCLA is good, even without stud Shabazz.

Competition for Pac12 supremacy will be stiff. Hope Bears are good enough to challenge. Crabbe, by the way, is really good. Spies say he maybe best in league

T Wallace will replace B Smith by the start of P12 play and hopefully much sooner.

This team will defend and rebound; I would not be surprised if they are top 2 in FG% defense in the league. And if the strong rebounding allows them to get out and run a bit, a Cobbs lead lightening-quick fast-break featuring Wallace and Crabbe will do some serious scoring damage with Kravish and Solomon also doing scoring damage via ORebs and the fast-break. Not to mention an actual bench of potential difference makes: Thurman, Kreklow, Johnson, Behrens, even BSmith has the potential to be a difference maker if he can play like he did 2 seasons ago.

P12 champs and sweet 16 are the minimum goals for a satisfying season, imho. I am looking forward to watching this team gel under Monty's steady hand.

Jeff, what happened with Sami Eleraky, the 7-foot Euro? He's not on the roster and they seemed to be acting as though they had four scholarships available for next year when pursuing Lee.
