You think all of the today’s coaches got their start in BCS conferences?? Chip Kelly (new hampshire), Urban Meyer (Bowling Green), Nick Saban (Toledo), Brian Kelly (Central Michigan)… just to name a few.

I keep thinking about Cal’s horrific third down conversion rate on defense last year. Some of that has to go on the secondary. And I was not at all impressed with the development of Maurice Harris this season. The true freshmen WR’s looked good at times, but I just don’t know enough about Chandler’s coaching techniques. You heard good things about him?

I would vote to keep Gould at all costs and wouldn’t be heartbroken if the rest left.

Gould, Chandler and Ambrose should be brought back as position coaches.
Coach M is a great OL coach but not an OC…
Don’t know enough about Arroyo to comment but he seems like a very good, young up and coming coach.
