Football: 3 Bears named to all-star game

Former Cal players Josh Hill, Isi Sofele and Aaron Tipoti are among 64 players named to play in the Casino Del Sol College All-Star Game, Friday, Jan. 11 at Kino Stadium in Tucson, Ariz., on Friday, January 11.
The game is scheduled to kick off at 6 p.m. PT and be telecast online by ESPN3.

You know, now that he is gone, I don’t really care what happens next to Tedford, other than if he finds gainful employment, I hope it reduces the payout to him. Normally breach of contract requires mitigation; if the payout is a form of liquidated damages, it would be unreasonable not to be reduced if he immediately is hired elsewhere.
