Basketball: Why Cal, Oregon wound up at No. 12

My colleague Jon Wilner explains why Cal — originally slated for a No. 11 seed — and Oregon both wound up in the No. 12 slot. It was a matter of logistics and how the NCAA selection committee settles those issues.
