Santa Clara senior guard Kevin Foster scored 33 points in a CBI semifinal win over Wright State on Wednesday night to become the all-time Bay Area Division I scoring leader. Foster has 2,355 points.

He passed Stanford’s Todd Lichti, who set the record 24 years ago.

Jerome Randle is the only Cal player in the Bay Area’s top-10, sitting eighth with 1,835 points.

Allen Crabbe finished his junior season residing at the No. 10 spot on Cal’s career list. Should he return next season, he likely would become the fifth Bay Area player to top 2,000 career points.
