6 wins, I am ecstatic. We are truly on the road back.
5 wins are what I expect and we’re still headed in the right direction.
4 wins will be disappointing but buys SD one more year – much to the chagrin of the torches and pitchforks crew.
Everything I’ve heard and read says year 3 is when our Bear Raid will really take flight.
3 wins or less…don’t want think about it.

Go Bears! Beat the nw Floppers!

I like the fact the players are confident and driven. When Chris Harper says “people will be amazed” that’s what I want to hear. Not “gee whiz, last year sucked and I’m hoping things don’t go so wrong again…” or negative thoughts in that vein. I’m excited, because I think the young men would like to stuff one down that loud-mouth Fitzgerald’s pie hole for the stuff he said earlier this summer. GO BEARS!!!

First 5 games are “winnable” and then….yikes.
