If you’re headed toward Reno or thinking about it this weekend and like good beer, you’re in luck. The 11th annual Great Eldorado BBQ, Brews & Blues Festival is this weekend, Saturday, July 8, Sunday July 9 in downtown Reno.

More than 30 breweries from California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and Alaska will be pouring beer. Plus barbecue and lots of top blues musicians. I’ve caught this fest a couple of times and highly recommend it.

Two Nevada breweries not to miss at Ruby Mountain Brewing, Wells,NV. and Great Basin Brewing, in Sparks.
