In the states this only sold in San Diego County. There are about 8 places in San Diego that have this on tap – here are some of them:

San Diego Brewing Company
Obrien’s
Coronado Brewing Company
Stone Brewing and World Bistro
Hamilton’s Tavern
The Liar’s Club
