I had the luck to discover Baldacci for the first time last August when I attended the Napa Wine Library Annual tasting in Napa. I had their “2004 Baldacci Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon, Stag’s Leap District” and it was the surprise favorite between my friend and I for the Stags Leap District offerings. Delicious and a crazy steal for the price.
I, of course, didn’t buy any afterwards and now the price has gone up, but it is certainly still a great buy at $55 (full retail).
