Not that I’m a fan of dork-boy, and am loath to say anything in his defense, but don’t forget that he’s a recovering alcoholic. Because dork-boy couldn’t just enjoy a proper pint like the rest of us, he doesn’t get to enjoy any at all!

Oh Yeah, Of corse,you’re fith and I totally agree with you. This is just window dressing. But at least they don’t toast with ice water. I just posted it because it was fun and it involved beer. By the way, if you worked on the hill, do you know about the Congressional Craft Beer Caucus?

I was just quoting Obama’s words William and if you take it as anything more than a play for the cameras by a politicians than you are overestimating them. I’d rather they make sensible policies, then hear about their drinking habits, much like the blow up by an ABC news guy about Obama’s smoking is none of my business and I really don’t care.

But then 6 years working in DC and on the Hill does remove some awe out of the window dressing games politicians play.

And, by the way, Yuenglng’s certainly no designer beer. It’s been around sinc 1829. It was the blue collar drink of choice in Pennsylvania for over a century.

Hmmm. Well, I actually like Yuengling Porter and it shows me that Barack is smart enough — or has an aide smart enough — to pick an historic Pennsylvania beer, instead of say, Rolling Rock, which is now owned by Anheuser-Busch, which closed the Rolling Rock, PA plant in Latrobe, PA. and moved production of to Newark, NJ.

I understand that Hillary also had a pint of Yuengling and chased it with a striaght whiskey. Have to love a woman who drinks her whisky neat. wb

Of course Obama thinks Yuengling is of them ‘designer beers’, but if you are picking an candidate on this criteria your priorities are out of order.
