Flying Dog video captures the essence of SAVOR: The Washington beer and food pairing

My task this week is to assemble all my reporting last month on SAVOR: the Brewers Association’s big food and beer pairing last month (May, 2008) in Washington, D.C.

Just got this video shot, obviously be a professional, for Flying Dog Ales, formerly of Denver, CO. now relocated to the old Frederick Brewing Co. site in Frederick, MD. It’s really non-commercial and so good I wish I’d done it. Here’s the video. I’ll collect all my reporting together with a lot of links this weekend.
