Events: Monterey Beer Festival, Monterey Fairgrounds, Saturday, Aug. 2, 12:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. $30 advance, $35 at the gate. Here’s a video.
Coming up: Saturday, Aug 9, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.,Bistro, 1001 B St., Hayward, Bistro 11th annual India Pale Ale Festival. over 50 IPAs on tap, live music, barbecue.

Saturday is August 2nd. I know because my thesis is due Friday August 1st (Not Thursday). But thanks for scaring the shit out of me!

In conjunction with the Monterey Beer Festival, there is a beer dinner at the Culinary Center of Monterey on Friday night as well.

On Friday Evening, August 1st,
“THE INTERNATIONAL BEER EXPERIENCE”
will be held at The Culinary Center of Monterey.
This will be a fantastic STROLLING DINNER PARTY consisting of food from at least 7 different countries, pared with over 40 different Beers from Germany, Belgium, Mexico, Asia, Australia and Great Britain.
