Hopefully you came away from it having enjoyed at least a few things, the Girardin 1882 is definitely an excellent beer. I definitely would like people to come away from the classes with some new, shocking beer knowledge though. Would you have preferred less or more technical, historical information, or just more focus on the tasting itself?
