Super recipe man. Makes me want to go look for some cherries at the farmers market. Our local cherries here in the east are long gone this year. May have to put this recipe aside till next summer. I guess you could always substitute a Rodenbach — or maybe even one of Vinnie Cilurzo’s sour Russian River beers (Nope, I’d have to drink that). We don’t see much Jolly Pumpkin in my market.
