On Saturday, October 22, 2011, the Fall 2011 Bay Area Craft Beer Festival returns to the historic cannery district at the Martinez Waterfront. Partake of more than 30+ top microbreweries west of the Mississippi and rocking live music including bands So What, Garageland Rodeo, and Zoo Station. Advance General Admission tickets are $45 and can be purchased online or at select outlets; visit BayAreaCraftBeerFestival.com for locations. Admission includes commemorative glass, unlimited tasting & entertainment. Designated driver tickets are also available for $10. Tickets and ID are required for entry (attendees must be 21 years and over). Gates open at 12:00pm for food and music; beer tasting is from 1:00pm-5:00pm.
Hand-crafted beer connoisseurs will have the opportunity to taste limited edition and specialty beers from a vast array of distinctive breweries including 21st Amendment Brewery, Ale Industries, Anderson Valley Brewing Company, Blue Frog Grog & Grill, Buckbean Brewing Company, Creek Monkey Tap House, Drake’s Brewing, E.J. Phair Brewing Company, Great Basin Brewing Company, Hoppy Brewing Company, Knee Deep Brewing Company, Lost Coast Brewery, Mendocino Brewing Company, North Coast Brewing, Pacific Coast Brewing, Sierra Nevada, Speakeasy Ales & Lagers, Sudwerk Brewery, Uncommon Brewing and many more (check website for daily updates).
Free shuttles are available to/from North Concord BART and the event is conveniently located at the Martinez Amtrak station. Plenty of free parking available.
