Schools partner up for degree program
Two higher-education schools have teamed up to allow students from Cañada College in Redwood City to earn a degree from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont.
Starting in the fall, Cañada students will be able to earn a bachelor’s in human services from NDNU without leaving their Redwood City campus.
NDNU faculty will teach courses to the community-college students who have finished requirements for acceptance into the university’s Human Services program. Cañada, in turn, will provide the classrooms and other space in its new state-of-the-art University Center.
