		<description><![CDATA[I have two different ideas.  My first is my favorite - make the schools year round, then put the students on different &quot;tracks&quot;.  This will accommodate more students, and has been shown to work in other cities.  Second idea at least with Peralta, is that there is a vacant nearby school that can be utilized.  Make Peralta grades K - 3, and then the site at where Sankofa is currently WAY underenrolled - make it 4 - 6, or even 4 - 8th grades.]]></description>
