Piedmont Avenue Elementary will host an open house on Wednesday, December 10, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Prospective families are encouraged to attend, particularly those from the Piedmont Avenue and surrounding neighborhoods. Kids are welcome.

Mrs. Zarina Ahmad, principal of the school, will welcome families and lead a tour of the school. Several teachers, including kindergarten teachers, will be on hand to meet and greet parents and students and answer questions about their classrooms and the school.

Walktoschool/PANSA, a neighborhood organization founded to support Piedmont Avenue Elementary, will provide coffee, tea and simple snacks. PTA members will also be available to answer questions.

If you are unable to attend on December 10, but are interested in finding out more about Piedmont Avenue Elementary, please come to the school office Wednesdays at 9 a.m. for a tour of the school with Mrs. Ahmad.
