I have found this blog through google.
Here in Redwood City, this past June, we failed to pass a parcel tax by less than 1,000 votes; 62% of voters supported a parcel tax increase, yet, 5% too few than the one required by law.

With the budget news worsening, and prop. 98 on the chopping block, we, the people, need to push for sca 6 to be part of a budget deal.
