Is this type of forced or coerced collaboration law?

Alternately, the board wants to be seen as “thoughtful” and “engaged” with the community as they make their decisions. They would like someone in their staff to reach out in ways that make the community feel included (whether or not that is the case).

It is impossible to conceive of a better argument to vote no on any new tax for OUSD.
