Yogeeta is a motivated student. Geeta embodies all that we want from our students in Oakland; she’s in school every day on time; she listens and uses her background knowledge to increase her learning; she focuses on classwork and homework and she understands that her commitment to education and to hard work shows in the classroom, in her community and in this Spelling Bee.
