We’ve all had the nervewracking experience of getting to work late because of traffic. But for what might be the first time, a wind turbine had that experience recently. A PG&E wind turbine on its way to be installed at Pacific Gas & Energy’s Gateway Generating Station in Antioch got stuck in traffic (well, okay, the truck carrying the turbine did, anyway) and arrived hours late for its planned installation last week. All is now as it should be and the turbine was successfully installed at the electric generation facility.
