OK guys it’s super bowl time and I need some help. First, at QB I have Warner, but I was thinking of playing Hill instead, is that a good idea? The weather is gonna be terrible in New England and Hill is playing the awful Rams. Second, Jones-Drew or Pierre Thomas. Leaning toward Thomas since it’s the lions. Third, Deion Branch or Kevin Curtis as my 3rd WR. Also, any opinions on kickers? I have Matt Bryant who has not been that great as of late. I was thinking the Cowboys kicker since they are playing the Ravens. Thanks guys

Last time the Niners faced the Rams they were indeed bad, Hill torched them for 213 yards and two touchdowns. On the other hand there’s a reason Warner and his two starting receivers are all Pro Bowl starters as well.

It comes down to this. Hill is a pretty steady bet, you can depend on a double-digit point total from him. Warner, meanwhile, is a risky play, his ceiling is a lot higher but the risk is a lot higher as well. So if the rest of your team looks solid go with Hill, if your opponent is favored and you need a hail mary go with Warner.

As far as the running backs play anyone going against the Lions. This is a team that, with 14 consecutive losses, has matched the ‘76 Bucs single-season mark. What else do you need?

Next up, receivers. While the Eagles WR corps is incredibly inconsistent I can’t recommend against Curtis. He’s not flashy but he’s got good hands so he’s going to get some looks on third down.

Finally we come to kickers. I’d go with Nick Folk. The Ravens D is good enough to stall the Cowboys in the red zone. Bad for position players, good for kickers.
