Is it me, or is a Julia Roberts red carpet appearance a rare occurence as of late?

But when she does come out to play on the red carpet, she looks beautiful. Here she is at the world premiere of Charlie Wilson’s War in Los Angeles.
Julia has a way of looking beatiful that isn’t riduculoulsly glamorous. She looks approachable, yet still has this immaculate star power in this simple black dress and flowy tresses.
