Stylish slouchy chic: San Francisco native Peter Som tells us a story of a debutante in disarray. With a wardrobe that ranges from large fur collars to sophisticated silhouettes, the said debutante has a flair to look stylish even with her mishmash mind.

Mismatched prints and dulled colors: Sticking with the muted tones of fall, Som gives us neutrals paired with subtle greens and blues. The pairing of prints is also a standout of the show -especially with the ambitious leopard print jacket and Missoni-esque top.

More grunge? The occasional appearance of the flannel-like dress gives me the impression that the grungy style of days past are peeking through the trend curtains.
Intriguing technique: The way Som gathered, pinned and tucked some of the garments gives them textural curiosity and is pleasing to the eye.
When is it too much? At times, some of the garments crossed the potpourri line of matching - but the collection redeemed itself with some of the swank-happy evening wear.

Som the sartorialist: The Bay Area denizen of style knows what he’s doing - and he does it well.

This last dress is just great!! I really love it and I believe will be able to carry some items that look like this one in the next few weeks.
