Wondrous Wondercon costumes

I got side tracked yesterday with my rapid-fire Oscar red carpet blogging, that I didn’t get to say anything about my second day at Wondercon.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get many pictures of costumes. The Moscone Center was JAM PACKED and the uncooperative rain outside didn’t make it any easier to enjoy the day. Plus, I was in and out of interviews all day so I didn’t even get the chance to see that many costumes in the sci-fi splattered aisles.

There was one group of kids dressed up as the Crazy 88’s from Kill Bill and I tried to fight my way through the crowd to snap a photo of them but they exited the building into the pouring rain and they were out of character before I could do so.

Darn.

But I did manage to get three photos:

This boy had a crowd of people around him due to his Legend of Zelda get up.

I loved this Marie Antoinette costume. I would like it better if she wasn’t standing next to trash cans.

I know the guy in this pic - he’s Loki - he’s associated with Thor. I’m not to sure about the girl though. I know she had been in a couple of Marvel video games I’ve played before, so I think she is in that whole fantastical Nordic world.

Oh god. I just dorked out all over the place.
