How much would you pay for a bloody shirt?
This photo supplied by Christie’s auction house shows a costume worn by the character Tony Soprano, played by actor James Gandolfini in HBO’s series “The Sopranos.” The blood-splattered outfit was from a scene in the first episode of Season 6 in which Uncle Junior shoots Tony in a fit of dementia. Christie’s Pop Culture Auction seems to be a hot bed for Sopranos paraphernalia, particularly this blood stained shirt which could possibly fetch $2,000-$3,000 on June 25!
How much would you spend on this? If it were up to me, I’d just get some old clothes and stain it with faux-blood, then wear it out to a nice dinner and say, “This was an outfit from ‘The Sopranos.’” No one would even know the difference.
