SOFTBALL RANKINGS
(records through March 17)
1. Notre Dame (4-3): Held its own while playing against some of nation’s best
2. Carlmont (11-3):Great start = two PAL Bay wins & taking Silver crown at Circle of Champions
3. Burlingame (4-5-1): Early loss to Carlmont puts Panthers behind in race for Bay title
4. Half Moon Bay (6-3-1): Rough start in tourneys, but Cougars pocket two quick Bay wins
5. Aragon (7-3-1): Dons slowed by ace’s injury but substitute Stoner quickly improving
6. Hillsdale (3-2): Rising Knights claim highest ranking since 2001 season
7. Capuchino (5-0): Mustangs hope to maintain winning edge after fantastic start
8. Mills (5-3-1): Good preseason showing, but now young Vikes tackle tough Bay teams
9. El Camino (3-3): Posted first upset of season by downing Bay-contender Aragon
10. Woodside (6-4): Two wins at Willow Glen tourney & 2-0 start in PAL Ocean
