SOFTBALL RANKINGS

1. Notre Dame (1) 8-6: Critical WCAL positioning on line this week vs. Presentation & Mitty
2. Carlmont (2) 13-5: Plenty of fresh faces, but Scots still roll to strong start
3. Half Moon Bay (3) 13-3-1: Clutch pitching & hitting results in Burlingame Invitational title for surging team
4. Burlingame (4) 9-7: Seems to be on cusp of big win; visits tough HMB on Thursday
5. Aragon (5) 9-4: After idle week, Dons hope to keep pace in PAL Bay by beating Mills
6. Capuchino (7) 8-3: Mustangs starting to hit with authority; need to sharpen focus
7. Hillsdale (6) 5-6: Games vs. Burlingame & Carlmont to be measuring stick for Knights
8. Mills (8) 7-6: Pitcher Lewis gives Vikings a chance to contend in powerful Bay
9. Terra Nova (10) 11-2: Tigers mopped up in non-league season; now back to Ocean
10. Woodside (NR) 7-4: Gunning for huge Ocean win against Terra Nova on Wednesday

Parent from El Camino. Why weren’t the Colts ranked? I know we don’t have a great team but rank us even if it’s last. I see prejudice when writing up scores such as given names of GROUND OUTS WHEN KNOCKING IN A RUN but as in our case we don’t get mentioned by name for the same thing.
Is El Camino to far north for your paper??
