BASEBALL RANKINGS

1. Serra (1) 18-5: Chance for redemption today vs. Riordan; critical 3-game WCAL week
2. Menlo School (2) 17-6: Huge lead in PAL Bay, but has been shaky in non-league games lately
3. Terra Nova (4) 15-9: PAL Ocean co-leader (with HMB) returns to league play after week off
4. El Camino (7) 15-8: Ocean’s hottest team hosts Carlmont & Terra Nova in make-or-break week
5. Hillsdale (6) 19-3: Showcased talent even as El Camino ended its 15-game win streak
6. Aragon (8) 11-13: Back-to-back wins over M-A vault Dons into third in Bay entering home stretch
7. Menlo-Atherton (3) 18-8: Sloppy showing at Aragon is lowest point for perplexing Bears
8. Half Moon Bay (NR) 14-9: Banner week (two wins vs. Carlmont) gives Cougars share of Ocean lead
9. Carlmont (5) 15-10: Reeling Scots desperate to beat El Camino in Wednesday’s third-place battle
