What a CRUEL thing to do. The article said that dogs were taken from their owners as they walked & beaten to death on the spot…..then people (and I use the term lightly) were sent to neighborhoods making enough noise so that the dogs barked & in doing so brought the killers to them, where they too, were beaten. I hugged my dog a little tighter after that.
