From now on our animals will have only home cooked food.
We have been feeding home cooked along with a top grade dry food for quite a while. I think now the dry will go also. Our 4 dogs are very precious to us and to lose them in such a way would be very hard to deal with.

I may be over reacting, but I took back the cans labeled “with gravy.” At 16 years old and having numerous age related health problems, it’s just not worth the risk.

I think they should have stated that the “dry” dog/cat food was NOT affected. At least not at this time.

Not all were on the list, but why take the chance? We also have cans of Mighty Dog, the meat and gravy type. MD cans are not on the list but MD pouches are. With animals dying, how can they expect us to believe that food in a pouch is dangerous but the same food in a can isn’t? The cans of Mighty Dog are going back!
