Hi Gary:
I’ve been enjoying reading over your Pets and Wildlife blog. Having grown up in the Contra Costa area I am already familiar with your Times work. I thought you might be interested in some upcoming content I will be adding to, a Web site created by the Amphibian Ark and The Clorox Company dedicated to increasing awareness of the amphibian extinction crisis.

I’ve been posting reports from the field by biologist Jeff Corwin as he travels the world for an upcoming documentary called The Vanishing Frog. He recently visited Kings Canyon in the Sierra Nevada where he met with biologist Vance Vredenburg to learn more about the California yellow-legged frog.

Being that your blog seems to cover all sorts of wildlife-related topics, I thought that would be of interested to you and potentially your readers.

After you review the site, we would love for you to fit it into an upcoming post or add us to your blog roll.

Hi Liz:
Welcome to my blog! I’m a frog lover from waaaaay back.

Readers should check out your savethefrog Web site. Thanks for bringing the plight of frogs and other amphibians to our attention. They are definitely in trouble. /Gary
